Aquabon SD & DD
Introduction
Aquabon SD & DD have been specifically formulated for the decontamination of fruit, fish, meats and vegetables.
Aquabon SD & DD are viable alternatives to the use of chlorine for decontaminating fresh fruit, fish, meats and vegetables. When applied at the correct dilutions SD & DD will give (in accordance with BS EN1276), a guaranteed pathogenic 105 reduction.
Aquabon 14W is specifically designed for the decontamination of open structured fruit and vegetables. It can be applied via dipping or fogging. The ingredients in Aquabon 14W all comply to EU Regulation 2092/91.
Aquabon 14T is specifically designed for the decontamination of skinned fruit and vegetables and is particularly effective when applied to produce with high organic/biofilm loadings.
Aquabon SD & DD can also be used in post harvest applications to protect produce from pathogenic attack during storage and transport.
