For oil stained or saturated concrete surfaces

 

Description

 

BK Crete is a carefully blended formulation of biodegradable cleaners and surfactants – combined with powerful microbes and enzymes that are specially selected to digest oil in porous surfaces. Immediately following application, the biodegradable surfactants start to lift and release oil into bio-digestible molecules.

 

BK Crete’s microbial spores then begin to grow and digest these molecules until a large population of natural microbes has been built up to digest the last traces of any stain.

 

Where ordinary chemicals find it extremely difficult to remove oil stains and often result in spreading the stain, BK Crete will work deep under the surface to digest oil and remove stains from even the most porous materials.

 

Due to its microbial action, BK Crete is slower acting than BK Tar or chemical based products, however, its natural action will continue to work over a long period of time - providing lasting results.

Easy to Use

 

•Pre-Wet surface or use BK Tar as a pre-wash
•Apply BK-Crete 1:20 or up to a 1:50 dilution depending on severity of stain
•Scrub in to remove oil
•Rinse off excess with a small amount of water
•As BK-Crete brings ingrained oil to the surface a second application may be necessary
•1 litre BK Crete covers over 10m2 dependant on surface porosity and extent of stain.

 

For Best Results…

 

•For heavily stained areas, pre-wash with BK Tar
•Due to the powerful microbes and surfactants used, BK Crete is not suitable for use on tarmac surfaces. Use BK Tar for these areas
•The biological action of BK Crete works best in warmer conditions
