Hybrite Tar
Removes oil spillages from tar and asphalt surfaces.
Description
Hybrite Tar is a highly effective cleaner and degreaser that is formulated to break down and lift oil and diesel spills from a variety of hard surfaces.
Hybrite Tar will break down a hydrocarbon spillage into shorter-chain molecules that can be more easily digested by the natural bacteria that will be present around the spillage. Hybrite Tar also contains micronutrients and natural growth promoters that will further encourage the growth of natural bacteria.
For heavily contaminated areas, or where there are no natural bacteria likely to be present, Hybrite Tar can be used in combination with specific strains of BK Microbes, or BK Crete which will provide a long lasting deep-down clean by seeding the area with specifically selected microbes that will break down the remaining oil deposits quickly
Hybrite Tar will remove oil spills quickly, with comparatively little effort. The biodegradable surfactants in Hybrite Tar quickly release oil from the surface, and after rinsing with water the natural bacteria present will quickly begin to digest the oil.
Applications
Oil contamination on roads and forecourts is highly dangerous and continued exposure can seriously damage road surfaces. Oil run-off also contaminates surrounding water resources and can present a real problem to clean-up teams
Hybrite Tar will break down spilled oils into products that can easily be digested by natural bacteria - converting them into carbon dioxide and water. It is suitable for use on a variety of tarred and bitumen surfaces, including roads, paving, driveways, car parks, concrete, metal surfaces and brickwork
The natural action of the product also makes it suitable for the treatment of bilge water, degreasing of equipment and for heavy-duty land remediation applications, when used in conjunction with BK Microbes.
Hybrite Tar may be used on its own as a spray, in a power-hose, or brushed-in manually.
