We are pleased to introduce our new range of dosing and control equipment for use with our chemical and biological products. As with all our other products, we have taken care to work with industry specialists in completing a range that is both innovative and effective.

Scotmas has specifically designed dosing units to suit all purposes – from timer-controlled dosing of a single product, through to a fully automatic product dosing & activation system. The modular design of the units, with a range of optional extras, allows for maximum flexibility with the highest degree of dosing accuracy.

New legislation affecting biocidal products demands that strict monitoring procedures are in place to ensure the accuracy of biocide dosing. While this can be done manually in a number of cases, our introduction of “online” control and monitoring is designed to reduce workload and increase dosing accuracy. Latest innovations include systems that are capable of interfacing to Building Management systems via modem or cable interface.

With increasing attention being paid to Health & Safety legislation regarding safe handling and storage of chemical products, more and more sites are turning to fully automatic solutions, such as those provided by the 02ac and Alpha ranges.

All units are supplied with a site logbook, outlining installation requirements and best-practice guidelines for use.  Always consult local and national law before installation to ensure regulatory compliance.
