Scotmas Group are seeking a Sales Account Manager and a Digital Performance Management Executive, both for immediate start.
Sales Account Manager
Responsible for leading the sales effort for the Scotmas Disinfectant, PPE and Biological Cleaning ranges, the post holder will have responsibility for all new and repeat sales for these products. They will work closely with the Managing Director and be supported by Sales Administration and Marketing teams.
The role will include generation of new business using existing and potential customer networks and managing existing customer accounts to create lasting, profitable relationships.
Reporting to the Managing Director with sales performance against targets and company objectives, internal communication will be key to ensure the smooth running of accounts and advance planning for new sales on an active manufacturing site.
What about you?
You should be educated to degree level in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Account Management role, have a mix of broad marketing skills and evidence of formal sales training.
A strong interest or experience in science-based innovation to drive world beating products is desirable.
An entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for innovation and the desire to take responsibility in a small team is essential.
Flexible or part time hours negotiable for the right applicant. Our location, although beautiful and offering a great lifestyle, does not suit everyone and a mix of home and office working is available.
Digital Performance Management Executive
The post holder will be responsible for formulating B2C and B2B marketing communications and overseeing implementation via online sales channels, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn, through to paid search and beyond.
The role requires an in-depth understanding of how the business can best use these channels to drive brand awareness, participation and, ultimately, long-term revenues. A strong awareness of how to drive online engagement is key.
Blending editorial content creation, organic and paid distribution, and activation across the Scotmas Group brands. Knowledge of the digital media market and implementing activations ranging from engagement, participation, conversion and retail sales is fundamental to the role.
What about you?
You should be educated to degree level, ideally from a marketing, sales or business-related degree. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role and a mix of broad marketing skills.
