The role will be central to:

strengthening engineering and manufacturing operations
improving KPIs, compliance, customer outcomes and operational efficiency
partnering closely with the CEO, leadership team and investors to deliver ambitious growth plans.
We’d love to hear from hands-on, systems-driven leaders with experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology or other regulated environments, particularly those who have led operational transformation, international scale-up and investor-backed growth.
If you’re excited by the challenge of building operational excellence in a business combining innovation, sustainability and global impact, please get in touch.
