Scotmas Group are seeking a Stores Person.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Stores Person to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for stock control in our mechanical and electrical stores for our production teams.

Responsibilities
- Picking and kitting components to support the production teams
- Packing and preparing outgoing orders for despatch
- Receiving incoming deliveries, checking against purchase orders and logging any discrepancies
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift
- Cycle counting and stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy
- General housekeeping and organisation of the stores area
Experience
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence
- Good attention to detail, particularly around stock accuracy and order packing
- Comfortable working at pace in a physical role
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their area
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Experience using a ERP or stock management system would be an advantage
- Goods in / goods out in a manufacturing environment
